Work-life balance, social support, and burnout: A quantitative study of social workers

Summary Stress in social work is frequently experienced by practitioners and attributed to a range of work-related factors. This study explored the manifestation burnout, perceived support, work-life balance 73 workers two cities south India. A cross-sectional quantitative design was used. Data were collected based on survey methodology three standardized instruments administered assess our key variables. Multiple regression analysis used identify predictors burnout.
